well...the video featured from couscousglobal.com, to my suprise titled "Cool, Gay USA" is finally up on their site. What began as a conversation between a dozen Chinese musicians in electronic, rock and hip-hop, apparently was edited to emphasize modern Chinese attitudes about popular culture, homosexuality, and the upcoming presidential election in my beloved mother country. Interestingly enough, either the Great fireWall of China, (or some other unknown error in internet explorer on computers in internet bars across beijing) prohibits me from watching this long awaited clip. but i'm sure, in the land of the stars and stripes, or wherever you may be, you can check it out here. I got an email saying I'm featured in here somewhere--why don't you skype me or comment to let me know how i did.
More sociology and video updates and footage coming faster than you can facebook stalk me-- just as soon as I get the internet up and running in my apartment, register for classes (professor Mims, anyone?) and keep from getting deported (what HAVE you been doing for the past THIRTY days?). As for now, I have a mobile base of operations; although i must admit, smoky Beijing webcafes are not the most ideal places to posit questions to society--or are they?
Well, I'm off to go see what all this fuss is about this Skyzoo character. You can catch me hustlin' outside of a nightclub called MIX, tryna get the hookup without pesky entrance fees.

just red your blog....I tried to click your link but you(or "it") wrote a D before the http, that is why it is not working at least in the link of your blog.
And actually there are 2 video's: One about Beijing musicscene and the other one is the question back from you guys about gaymarriage in the Netherlands and the conversation we all had on this.
I did not "edit" it a certain direction by the way.
Hope you are fine, I miss Beijing, heading off to NYC now, will have some debates about the elections in the musicscene overthere as well....
